Designed with long, sharp flutes which provide rapid widening of the coronal portion of the canal. Mani Peeso reamers are safe ended non-cutting tipped engine file and are used to prepare the coronal part of the root canal for post & core cementation. These engine files come with the safety guide feature at the tip that prevents ledges or perforations. In case of any eventuality, Mani Peeso reamers are designed to break near the shank for easier removal of the broken instruments.

The Mani Peeso reamers are 18/08, SS 304 low carbon stainless steel instrument with extraordinarily sharp cutting flutes parallel to the axis and mirror-like finished edges. Its high ductility owes to austenitic crystal structure. Each of the Mani Peeso reamers is electro-polished for fracture resistance that makes for excellent working characteristics.
The original 18-8 hard-fiber stainless steel prevents corrosion after repeated cleaning and sterilization. The high Chromium and Nickel content steel prevents the oxidation of the surface under repeated autoclave, chemical vapour or acid water.
