Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we provide the COD facility. COD is felicitated through the cargo handling company where ever they have services. Please check the service availability at your Pin-code in the product page.

Q. Do you offer EMI option?

EMI options may either be offered by the Financial agencies against an interest accrued or by the Product manufacturer as a time-bound scheme/offer. Please check the Offers page at regular interval. We intimate about the EMI offers to our subscribed customers.

Q. What is the status of my order?

Go to [ My Account > My Orders > Track your order ] in your INSECTA account from the drop down menu at the header. There you can find the details regarding the orders and their present status.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees (u20b9) acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will neither offer not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform.

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

As soon as the seller provides the product availability conformation, the invoice is generated and the consignment is packed and a pick-up is raised with our Cargo/Courier handler. Shipping commence once the consignment is picked up by the courier company.

Q. Do you offer fast shipping?

There are two types of shipping. One is Surface Mode and the other is Air-Mode. Air-Mode is generally faster than the surface mode. But then, it again boils down to many factors; i.e., the Air-Connectivity from the Shipper station to the Buyer station, freight availability, product category based Air cargo restriction, and cost to weight ratio. We try to assign the best feasible and practical mode of transport for each consignment.

Q. How can I track my package?

Go to [ My Account > My Orders > Track your order ] in your INSECTA account from the drop down menu at the header. There you can find the details regarding the orders and their current tracking status.

Q. What if I'm not home?

All consignments are sent vide third party cargo/courier handling companies. The buyer would be contacted by the handling agency to get the consignment delivered at the delivering address. In case of repeated unavailability at the delivering address, the consignment will either be at the handler's warehouse for a certain period of time since the first attempt to deliver and after which, the consignment will be returned back to the seller. In such case, the value of the damaged item, warehouse charge, if any, and both way shipping charges will be levied from the buyer either as deduction from the prepaid amount or as debit note if the consignment is sent against the COD.

Q. Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

At present, we don't handle international shipping using the INSECTA platform. For international business, the customer has to contact us independently to explore the scope and feasibility to felicitate such purchase. Both the Buyer and the Seller has to follow all legal protocols of both the importing country and Republic of India.

Q. Do you accept returns?

It is very much case depended. For details please refer INSECTA's "Return Policy" at the footer.

Q. Can I exchange an item?

Exchange are not permitted on the INSECTA platform. It is understood that the buying, as an act, is committed by the buyer as an individual conscious decision or an institutional recommendation for which the seller has no control over it. The act of buying is initiated only after the analytics associated with the buyer's need is undertaken. We advise the buyer to execute her/his rationale before executing purchase.

Q. Are returns free?

In case of purchase, returns are restricted to case depended replacement for fault of the supplier not matching the buyer's selection. Such returns are free of charge. In case of service including the services under warranty, returns are chargeable as on basis.

Q. How long does it take to process a return?

It depends on the availability of the product/service, time taken by our courier partners, more importantly on the time taken by the concerned authority to verify the claim raised by the customer. As an enabler, we try our best to keep the total duration to the minimum.

Q. Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?

We do have a referral program as a social obligation as well as an instrument of marketing strategy. The incetivisation of our loyal and satisfied customers becoming our brand advocates are rewarded with either with free material/services, Credit Points (CP), or hosting their Clinical Case studies in our News Letter. Q. Is there a warranty?

Warranty, if it is available on any product/service sold on this platform, is limited to manufacturing defects only and thus conditional. All warranty liabilities are with the manufacturer/importer. The decision towards warranty and its validity rests with the manufacturer/importer at their sole discrepancy. INSECTA, as a platform, takes no liability towards any sort of warranty.
