If I request for a return, when will I get it?

Return is conditional and subjected to verification and approval. Once you communicate to return a product, the process of verification will commence and in due time, the decision will be communicated to the user.

Can I get money back for the return?

No, the return is essentially a replacement for seller’s error, if any. No amount of money will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account except the case of seller’s inability to process an order.

Do I have to return the freebie or other additional when I return a product?

Yes, all the freebie items have to be returned along with the billed product.
