Insecta™ 1958 is a specially designed crown cutting bur made of Tungsten Carbide and with Titanium coating. FG 1958 is used with air-rotor handpiece. As crown cutting operation of Metal/PFM/Ceramic deals with higher resistance and it needs more torque, it may be suggested to use Insecta™ 1958 bur with a torque handpiece for crown-cutting.

Insecta™ 1958 bur is specially heat-treated for stronger and harder flutes that significantly reduce crown/restoration removal and preparation time, saving clinicians their valuable clinical time.
