About

Mani FG Diamond extra-fine bur uses fine diamond particles of 20 micron mean size and specialised stainless steel shanks for excellent structural stability and near zero deformability. FG diamond burs are used with compressed air-driven air-turbine handpiece which are known to operate at 1,60,000-4,00,000 RPM, that is around 5000 to 6000 revolutions per second. Air turbine handpieces has an allowable dynamic imbalance of a maximum of 100 microgram. Slightest deformation, bending of shank, structural eccentricity, or the uneven loss of electroplated diamond from the bur shank would lead to dynamic imbalance resulting in permanent turbine malfunction. Axisymetric of Mani FG diamond burs ensure safety to the air-turbine.

Mani burs are electroplated with the best of the diamond class in multiple layers. This makes the bur effective for multiple use with sterilisation after each use.
