Ever since ESPE was established in 1947, CAVIT has been supplied and successfully used worldwide. Cavit G is a self-cured temporary sealing compound for the temporary restoration of cavities. This is an extremely practical material for post root canal access coverage as well as as a temporary material for many other clinical applications. Being polymer bonded, Cavit G retains its structural integrity fairly for longer duration.
